摘要
以天然木薯为原料,用三乙胺与环氧氯丙烷共聚产物为阳离子单体进行改性,制得一种新型天然有机高分子改性絮凝剂。将制得的絮凝剂应用于生活废水、糖蜜酒精废液等进行处理效果研究。结果表明:该絮凝剂具有pH值适用范围宽,絮凝效果好等特点;对糖蜜酒精废液进行脱色处理,当絮凝剂投加量达600 mg/L时,脱色率达到最大值,为49.1%。
The natural cassava was used as the experimental material and the copolymer of triethylamine and epichlorohydrin was used as the cationic reagent to produce a new type natural organic macro-molecular modified flocculant.The modified flocculant was applied to treat living sewage and wastewater of molasses or alcohol,and the treating effects were researched.The results showed that this modified flocculant has some characters,such as wide range of pH value and good flocculating effect,etc.;using this modified flocculant to de-color the wastewater of molasses or alcohol,when the applying amount of this modified flocculant reached 600 mg/L,the decolorization rate reached the highest by 49.1%.
