摘要
该文研究了温度对拟环纹豹蛛(Pardosa pseudoannulata)乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)体躯分布的影响。结果表明:在4℃下拟环纹豹蛛身体各部分的AchE活性[包括头胸部2.826 nmol/(mg.min)、腹部2.564 nmol/(mg.min)、附肢1.054 nmol/(mg.min)]低于在常温下拟环纹豹蛛身体各部分的AChE活性[包括头胸部3.257nmol/(mg.min)、腹部3.104 nmol/(mg.min)、附肢1.082 nmol/(mg.min)],说明低温条件下拟环纹豹蛛的新陈代谢明显下降。拟环纹豹蛛体内的AchE主要集中在头胸部,这种分布特征与其生理特性相适应。
The influences of temperature on distribution of acetylcholinesterase(AChE) in Pardosa pseudoannulata were researched.The results showed that the activity of AChE in each part of Pardosa pseudoannulata at 4℃ [including cephalothorax with 2.826 nmol/(mg·min),abdomen with 2.564 nmol/(mg·min) and appendages with 1.054 nmol/(mg·min)] was lower than that at room temperature [including cephalothorax with 3.257 nmol/(mg·min),abdomen with 3.104 nmol/(mg·min) and appendages with 1.082 nmol/(mg·min)].Therefore,the results indicated that the metabolism of Pardosa pseudoannulata obviously decreased at low temperature;the AChE in Pardosa pseudoannulata mainly distributed in the cephalothorax,this distribution character suit for the physiological character of Pardosa pseudoannulata.
