爆炸荷载作用下金属板塑性变形范围的近似计算

Approximate Calculation on the Scope of Plastic Deformation for Metal Plate under Blast Load

摘要 为确定金属板在爆炸荷载作用下的塑性区范围,根据爆炸产物膨胀理论,结合金属板的材料性能,推导了一定形状装药与金属板接触爆炸的塑性区域公式。通过化爆试验实测了板的塑性变形范围。比较计算结果与试验结果表明,理论得到的板塑性区范围与试验结果较吻合。 In order to define the plastie zone of metal plate under explosion load, based on expansion theory of detonation outcome and transmission analysis of stress wave between interfaces, combined with property of metal plate, a formula of plastic zone is deduced about metal plate under contact explosion of charge with a given form. An explosion test is implemented to determine the plastic zone of plate. Comparison between the experimental value and calculation value indicates a good agreement.
