摘要
采用原矿高压辊磨—粗粒湿式磁选抛尾—阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选选铁,选铁尾矿阶段弱磁选—强磁选—浮选选钛工艺流程对攀西红格低品位钒钛磁铁矿进行选矿试验,获得了铁品位为57.41%、铁回收率为52.88%的铁精矿和TiO2品位为47.87%、TiO2回收率为39.31%的钛精矿。研究表明:通过采用高压辊磨技术,可使选铁过程和选钛过程磨选量分别减少34.18%和10.19%。
Beneficiation tests on Hongge low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite of Panxi are carried out by the process of high-pressure roller mill-wet magnetic separation for coarse ores-iron concentration with stage grinding and weak magnetic separation for run-of-mine, and the titanium concentration process of low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-flotation at the iron concentration from tailings. Then, iron concentrate with Fe grade of 57.41% and recovery of 52.88% , and titanium concentrate with TiO2 grade of 47.87% and TiO2 recovery of 39.31% are achieved. The test results show that the grinding volume in iron and titanium separation process are lowered by 34.18% and 10.19% respectively by adopting the high-pressure roller mill.
