阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肾小球肾炎 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法将56例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例),应用阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗,对照组(26例)应用辛伐他汀,疗程2个月,检查尿蛋白(U-pro)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)指标的变化情况。结果经过2个月治疗,两组间Cr、BUN、GFR、U-pro水平有差异(P<0.05)。而治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)在两组间无差异(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠可延缓血管内皮损,对肾功能有一定保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin and sodium ferulate on chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 56 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were divided randomly into 2 groups,including treatment group(30 patients) treated with atorvastatin and sodium ferulate and control group(26 patients) treated with simvastatin.Urine protein(U-pro),serum creatinie(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and glomerular filtration rate(GFR) were detected.Results U-pro,Cr,BUN of treatment group showed a significant difference from that on control group(P0.05).Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of showed treatment group no significant difference from that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin and sodium ferulate can delay the development of renal lesions and protect renal function.
