摘要
为了提高船舶电站自动并车的可靠性,采用数字化的方法,提出了船舶电站自动准同步并车装置的设计方案。该设计方案在硬件上采用了压频转换电路、光电编码器及DSP技术测量并车条件电信号;在软件上采用了最小二乘曲线拟合算法抑制了谐波与噪声对电压过零点的干扰,从而准确预估提前合闸时间实现并车。试验检测结果表明,该装置在船舶电站并车的可靠性高、抗干扰能力强,现场运行效果好。
In order to improve the automatically paralleling reliability of a ship power station,by digital methods,the paper proposes a digital automatic synchronous paralleling design program,which is based on DSP technology by means of the voltage to frequency conversion circuit,photoelectric encoder and DSP technology to measure the paralleling condition signal.The voltage zero-crossing point interference,which is caused by resonance and noise,is suppressed by the software design taken advantage of the least-squares curve fitting to accurately predict the advanced closing time.The testing results show that the device has a high reliability and good anti-interference ability when paralleling.
