摘要
为避开供电系统瞬态过电压和浪涌电流对接触器的危害,提出了采取低压自适应型接触器分相控制方法。介绍了低压自适应型接触器的主要构成及工作原理,重点介绍了电压和电流过零点数据采集技术的主要特点。经试验表明,低压自适应型接触器可以使接触器的触点在电压过零点时闭合、在电流过零点时断开,从而极大地减少电气触点磨损,延长接触器的电气寿命。
In order to avoid the damage to a contactor by the transient over-voltage and inrush current of power supply system,a new method based on micro-computer with single phase controlling is developed.In this paper,the working principle and main structure of the low voltage adaptive contactor are presented.It especially introduces the specialities of data acquisition technology for zero voltage crossing and zero current crossing.The test results show that the adaptive contactor is reliable and works smoothly.Whth this method,it will greatly reduce the wearing of electrical contacts and extend the electrical life of a contactor.
