摘要
从感应电机的定、转子铁耗出发,建立了考虑铁损的感应电机d-q轴数学模型及其等效电路图,并通过研究电动机损耗与定子电流励磁分量的关系,提出了基于损耗模型的感应电机效率优化控制策略。并通过仿真对该策略与传统U/f恒定控制进行了比较分析,对最大效率控制产生的功率因数变化及分布规律进行了研究,结果表明,采用效率最优控制策略后,控制器的效率明显提高,电机的高效运行区域明显增大。
It begins with the stator and rotor iron loss of induction machines,the equivalent series circuit of induction machines with iron loss is obtained.Then,the efficiency optimization control(EOC) strategy based on loss model is presented by using the relationship between the motor loss and exciting current.Simulation study on EOC is proceeded by using an actual motor acting as an example,then comparison of EOC with classical U/f control mode is completed.It is analyzed that the variation of power factor and their distribution were causing by EOC.The simulation results verified the effectiveness of the scheme.
