摘要
为了实现计算机对货车车号的自动登记，需要对数字车号进行识别。所述的车号识别系统由图像预处理、二值化、数字峰定位、滑窗匹配四部分组成，在识别过程中，系统采用了多种预处理策略，同时还使用边缘擦黑、局部匹配等方法来提高识别率。
In order to register tile numbers on van automatically, the numbers should he recognized by means of computer. This paper presents a number recognition system consisting of four paris for image preprocessing,two-level processing. digital apex locating. and sliding window and template matching, respectively.Some methods such as edge blackening and local matching are also used to improve the recognition.
