摘要
采用氧化物烧结法制备了 P Z T 粉末, X 射线衍射测试表明,它是 V( Zr)∶ V( Ti)=52∶48的纯四方钙钛矿型结晶相;用模压工艺制备了 6 种含 P Z T 不同体积分数的 P Z T/ P V D F 复合材料;对其介电性和压电性的测试表明,随着 P Z T 体积分数的增加,电性能参数呈非线性增大,当 P Z T 的体积分数超过 70% 时,介电常数和压电常数值迅速增加, P Z T 体积分数达到 90% 时已接近纯 P Z T 值。
PZT power is made using oxide sintering method.It′s X ray diffraction(XRD)peaks is monitored and it is shown to be in crystallization phase with equal to 52∶48.Six sorts of PZT/PVDF composites are obtained with different PZT volume ratio by compressing molding technique.Tests of dielectric and piezoelectric show that electric parameter accretion with PZT content increase,when the content of PZT reach certain value,dielectric constant and piezoelectric constant increase rapidly and approach the value of PZT.
