摘要
采用壳聚糖改性纸色谱法分离脯氨酸、蛋氨酸、谷氨酸,用正交实验法优选出最佳展开剂为正丁醇∶甲酸∶水的体积比70∶30∶3,该展开剂使这三种氨基酸分离后斑点集中、清晰,效果理想.
The chitosan-modified paper chromatography is used for separating praline,methionine and glutanic acid.The programmer of the best developing solvent proportion found by orthogonal experiment is the volume ratio of normal butyl alcohol：formic acid：water being 70∶30∶3.The proportion of separating these amino acids is more effective.
