摘要
立足于我国动漫产业现状和企业经营理论,分析了我国动漫企业经营困难的原因,并提出了从原创能力、播出渠道、主营业务和人才培养机制四个方面促进企业经营状况改善的解决方法,为我国动漫企业提高经营水平提供了新的视角和思路。
This paper,based on China's animation industry status quo and business theories,analyzes the difficulties in operation of the industry,and puts forward the solution to the problem from the aspects of original ability,broadcast channel,core business and personnel training system in order to provide a new perspective and ideas to improve operating levels of China's animation companies.
