摘要
农村家庭联产承包责任制改革以来,农村发展的内外部环境发生巨大变化,为适应生产力发展,推动农村管理体制改革已是必然。文章从分析农村现行管理体制的弊端出发,探索了农村管理体制改革的基本方向,提出促进和完善农村管理体制改革的对策思路。
Since the reform of rural household contract responsibility system,rural development, great changes in the internal and external environment, to adapt to the development of productive forces, promote rural management system is inevitable. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of existing management systems in rural areas, and explore the basic direction of reform of management system in rural areas put forward to promote and improve the rural management system and the Strategy.
