摘要
皖江城市带承接产业转移的大幕已正式拉开,其所受政策支持力度正不断加大,载体逐步成形,步伐明显加快,成效日益显现。但与此同时,受产业转移区域粘性、产业综合配套不足、两大省管集中区建设中面临挑战等因素制约,产业承接也面临诸多问题。为加快皖江城市带承接产业转移步伐,必须用足先行先试的权利,坚持自主探索与政策支持相结合;充分挖掘比较优势,培育产业特色和产业集群;加快产业园区建设,打造承接产业转移的载体;加大宣传推介,改善产业承接软环境。
While the curtain on undertaking industry-transfer in Wanjiang City Beh has been officially lifted, the policy support is drastically increasing, carriers is gradually forming, footpace is apparently stepping up , and outcome is increasingly appearing.But at the same time, undertaking industry-transfer in Wanjiang City Belt is confronting many problems, because of receiving the restriction from some adverse factors , such as industrial transfer regional cohesion, lack of comprehensive industry factors and facing some challenges under the construction Of Anhui Yangtze River Industrial Centralization Areas. To speed up the pace of undertaking industry-transfer in Wanjiang City Belt, some measures must been taken： amply exercising the right of＂early and pilot implementation＂ and insisting on linking independent research with policy support; fully exploiting comparative advantages and fostering industry characteristics and industrial clusters; stepping up the construction of industrial park and building a carrier of undertaking industrial transfer; increasing promotion and improving the environment in the industrial undertaking.
