摘要
目的研究实船冲击试验条件下的兔损伤效应,观察不同试验距离与舱室部位兔冲击损伤特点与程度,为船员冲击安全性评估提供依据。方法选主甲板部位的会议室和平台相应部位的前船员舱放置试验兔,在第A次和第B次冲击试验中进行兔效应试验。结果 (1)兔损伤特点主要表现为:胸腹腔脏器表面与皮下组织的片状或条状出血,其中肺脏和肝脏损伤的发生率较高;少数兔出现骨折;兔血清谷丙转氨酶活性升高;(2)不同试验距离试验兔内脏损伤程度表明:第A次和第B次冲击试验分别与对照组比,损伤差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第A次和第B次爆炸试验比,第B次爆炸试验兔内脏损伤程度虽有加重趋势,但损伤差异无有统计学意义;(3)不同部位(会议室和前船员舱)兔内脏损伤程度比较,2次冲击试验中会议室兔损伤程度均略比前船员舱重,但其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论第A次冲击试验,兔冲击损伤程度属于中度至重度;第B次冲击试验,兔冲击损伤程度属于重度。
Objective To study the injury to rabbits in the full-scale ship shock test and to observe the characteristic and severity of the injury in different cabins in the tests with different distance, and to provide the foundation for safety evaluation of the crew in the shock test. Methods The meeting room on the main board and the front crew cabin on the platform were chose to put the rab- bits and the injury to rabbits was observed in the third and fourth shock test. Results The injuries to rabbits consisted of lamellar and strip haemorrhage in subcutaneous tissue and on the surface of the internal organs in the thorax and abdomen. The lung and the liver were most frequently injured. Fractures were found in a few rabbits. The activity of glutamate-pyruvate transaminase（GPT） in the sermn increased. With the control group, the severity of injury to the internal organs in the test with different distance was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The severity of injury to the internal organs had the tendency to be more serious in the fourth test than in the third test, but the difference was not significant. The severity of injury to the internal organs of the rabbits in the meeting room was little more serious than the rabbits in the front crew cabin, but the difference had no significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The severity of the injury to the rabbits in the third test belongs to the moderate to severe and that in the fourth test belongs to severe according to the method of shock injury assessment.
