摘要
为了明确影响鲜食糯玉米品质的关键因素,运用灰色关联度分析方法,对江苏省2009年糯玉米区域试验10个参试品种的6个主要品质性状与品质的关系进行了关联度分析。结果表明,鲜食糯玉米品质与6个主要品质性状的关联度大小依次为:糯性>皮厚薄>柔嫩性>外观品质>气味风味>色泽。在选育高品质鲜食糯玉米品种过程中,应重视糯性、皮厚薄、柔嫩性的选择。
To determine key factors affecting the quality of fresh edible waxy maize,we analyze the relationship of six main quality characters and the quality of ten new varieties of waxy maize in regional trial in Jiangsu province in 2009 by the grey related degree analysis.The results show that the correlative degree between the quality and six quality characters of fresh edible waxy maize ranks as waxinesspeel thicknessdelicacyear appearanceflavorcolor.In the course of selecting and breeding fresh edible waxy maize,much attention should be paid to waxiness,peel thickness and delicacy.
