Cu-Al-Be-B合金马氏体形貌和亚结构

Morphology and substructure of the martensite in Cu-Al-Be-B alloys

摘要 用光学显微镜和透射电镜分析研究了Cu-11.42Al-0.35Be-0.18B(质量分数,%)形状记忆合金的马氏体的组织形态及亚结构.结果表明,Cu-11.42Al-0.35Be-0.18B(质量分数,%)合金的马氏体的形貌组态较复杂,主要有平行状、矛头状和竹节状,亚结构主要为位错、层错.矛头状自协作形态的马氏体的变体呈竹节状.用XRD分析了晶界析出相α相,其化学式为AlCu4. Morphologies and substructures of the martensite in Cu-Al-Be-B shape memory alloys were studied by optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the morphology configuration in Cu-Al-Be-B alloy is very complex.The main configuration presents parallel shape,spear-like shape and bamboo-shape,and the substructure are mainly dislocation and stacking fault.The variant of the martensite with self-allommcdation morphology shows bamboo-shape.The precititates α at the grain boundary were analyzed,and its chemical formula is AlCu4.
