摘要
利用氧乙炔镍基合金粉末表面熔敷技术,对犁铧刃表面进行处理,从而提高犁铧刃耐磨抗蚀性能;对喷焊层进行显微组织观察和硬度及耐磨抗蚀性能实验,结果表明:经过镍基合金粉末表面喷焊工艺处理过的犁铧刃,硬度达HRC60,显微组织显示耐磨性提高;田间试验表明使用寿命可提高2~3倍。
Surface wear-resistive creating technology of oxy-acetylene Ni-based alloy powder was used to treat the plough-share edge so as to enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of plough-share edge surface.And on microstructures,rigidity,wear resistance are and cauterization of spray-welding,and come to a conclusion:the plough-share edge treated with the spray-welding technics technology of Oxy-acetylene Ni-based alloy powder can enhance 2-3 times the life-span than that which is unsettled.
