摘要
目的统计分析我区2009年度药品不良反应报告,为临床合理用药提供监测信息。方法对2009年度烟台市福山区药品不良反应监测中心收到的321份药品不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果 321份药品不良反应报告中,抗微生物药品不良反应报告160份,占49.84%,中药注射剂不良反应报告36份,占11.21%。药品不良反应累及器官以消化系统损害最多,为77例,占23.98%。其次为皮肤及其附件损害,为62例,占19.31%。结论应合理使用抗生素、中药注射剂等药物,减少药品不良反应的发生。
Objective To statistically analyze the adverse drug reactions reported in Fushan District in 2009 drug report for the purpose of future rational use of drugs.Methods 321 reports on drug adverse reaction received by Yantai City Fushan District Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Centren in 2009 were statistically analyzed.Results According to the 321 cases of drug reactions,microbial reaction against drug,accounted for about 160（49.84%）,adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injection accounted for 36（11.21%）.The drug reactions endangered some organs,especially the digestive system（77cases,23.98%） and the next was the skin（62 cases,19.31%）.Conclusion Rational use of antibiotics,herbal medicines should be emphasized to reduce the adverse drug reactions.
