金融危机背景下的中国与全球经济治理被引量：20

摘要金融危机爆发以来,全球经济治理正经历着历史性的变化。中国在全球经济治理中的地位和作用得到提高和承认,投票权和话语权大幅提升,但同时中国也面临着如何进一步深化和加强自身影响力的挑战,中国需要从战略的高度思考如何将自身的经济实力转变为对国际宏观经济政策协调的影响。治理是一个过程,话语权是其中重要的一环,其他主要环节还包括制度的功能设定、治理规范的内容以及国际组织的内部治理改革等,这些方面都会影响国家在全球治理过程中发挥的作用,因此中国既需要考虑权力变化所带来的话语权的增加,同时也要思考制度功能、规范和组织治理结构等要素与政策结果之间的关联性。
