摘要
通过添加高效减水剂及细磨矿渣与Ⅰ级粉煤灰复合矿物掺合料,在总胶凝材料用量615kg/m3、用水量160kg/m3的条件下,配制出C70泵送管吐能混凝土。经大量实验室试配及。程应用证明,该配合比配出的混凝土在工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能方面均可达到设计要求。
By adding high - efflciency water reducer and the compound mineral additive of finely - ground slagand Class I fly ash, C70 high - performance pump concrete is prepared under the condition that the total quantity ofthe cementing material is 615 kg/rn' and the water consumption is 160 kg/m3 The results got from lots of laboratoryexperiments and engineering applications prove that the working per formance, mechanical performance and durabilityof the concrete prepared by this mix ratio can reach the design requirements.
