摘要
结合首钢京唐钢铁厂5500m^3特大型高炉顶燃式热风炉,论述了顶燃式热风炉的技术优势和燃烧器燃烧的技术特征,并利用数学仿真重点研究了项燃式热风炉燃烧器燃烧机理,解析了顶燃式热风炉燃烧室内的燃烧过程,分析了炉内的速度、温度以及浓度分布。通过对燃烧器结构的改进优化,改善了燃烧室内的燃烧状况。
With combination of top combustion type hot blast stove of 5 500 m3 extra large blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel Complex, advantage of top combustion type hot blast stove technology and technical characteristics of burner combustion is discussed. Mathematic emulation is used to study mechanism of burner combustion of top combustion hot blast stove. Combustion process in combustion chamber of top combustion hot blast stove is described and analyzed, and speed, temperature and density distribution in the stove is analyzed. By improvement and optimization of burner structure, combustion status in the combustion chamber has been improved.
