摘要
目的探讨民间验方化纤丸对CCL4所致肝纤维化大鼠模型的保护及治疗作用。方法用40%CCL4制备大鼠纤维化模型,应用不同剂量化纤丸进行干预,分别于第4、8 w末观察其肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标的变化。用大黄蛰虫丸作对照研究。结果与模型组比较,4 w末高剂量治疗组大鼠CIV明显降低(P<0.05),高、中、低剂量治疗组大鼠LN、HA均显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);与模型组比较,8 w末低剂量治疗组大鼠PCⅢ显著降低(P<0.01),LN、HA明显降低(P<0.05),高、中、低剂量治疗组大鼠CIV明显降低(P<0.05)。结论化纤丸对CCL4所致的大鼠肝纤维化有明显干预和治疗作用。
Objective To explore the protective and treatment effects of Andro Fiber Pills on hepatic fibrosis in rats induced by CCL4. Methods Liver fibrosis models of rats were established by subcutaneous injections of 40% CCL4 and then intervention with different dose of andro fiber pills. The index of hepatic function and the level of liver fibrosis indicator were detected at the end of 4 and 8 weeks, respectively. The control group was treated with Da - huang - zhe - zhong Pills. Results Compared with the model group, The experimental group was shown significantly decreased CIV at the end of 4 weeks in high dosage of Andro Fiber Pills （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the level of LN and HA in experimental groups were obviously decreased in high, middle and low dosage of Andro Fiber Pills （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05） ; Compared with the model group , PC m significantly decreased in experimental group at the end of 8 weeks in low dosage of Andro Fiber Pills （ P 〈 0.01 ）. LN and HA were decreased as well （ P 〈 0.05）. The CIV at the end of 8 weeks were obviously decreased in high, middle and low dosage of andro fiber pills （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Andro Fiber Pills shows an effective intervention and treatment on hepatic fibrosis.
