摘要
中国广西东兴市和越南广宁芒街市一河之隔,水陆相接,有着源远流长的合作历史。在国家把东兴市确定为开发开放试验区的大好形势下,为了把握机遇,迎接挑战,2010年10月29日,"中越沿边开发开放合作论坛"在广西东兴市举行,与会的各位专家、学者提出了很多宝贵意见。本文是这次会议情况的综述。
China’s Dongxing City and Vietnam’s Mong Cai city is separated only by a river,connected both on land and sea with sounds of crowing cocks and barking dogs heard by each other,has a long history of cooperation.Under the favorable situation that Dongxing is identified as the test area of development and openness,in order to grasp the opportunity to meet the challenges,＂The Forum on the Development,Openness and Cooperation along Sino-Vietnam Border＂ was held in Dongxing,Guangxi on October 29,2010,the participating experts and scholars,together with leaders of Fangchenggang City and Dongxing City,put forward many valuable suggestions.In this paper,the suggestions from experts and leaders is summarized.
