摘要
早期和硬化水泥基材料导热系数是计算早期和硬化混凝土温度场的重要参数。现有的试验系统大部分基于稳态法和瞬态法原理,各自的适用范围和测量精度不同,相应试验装置的形式也不同,文中对其各自的优缺点进行了分析和比较。介绍了开发的适用于早期水泥基材料和大骨料混凝土材料导热系数的测量方法和测量装置,此期在准确测定导热系数的基础上准确计算相应的温度场。研究了根据试验目的选择不同的导热系数试验装置的方法。
The thermal conductivity of early-age and hardened cement-based materials is an important parameter to calculate the early-age and hardened temperature field of concrete.Most of the existing testing systems are based on steady state or transient theory.Their scope of application and accuracy are different.The paper analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the systems.To develop the testing methods and devices of thermal conductivity applicable to the early-age cement-based materials and large aggregate concrete and accurately determine their thermal conductivity is beneficial to accurately calculating the corresponding temperature field.Different testing devices and methods should be chosen according to the purpose of experiment.
