摘要
世博会主题馆地下室外墙超长,平面开洞面积较大,地下局部夹层且多处错层,结构布置复杂。设计采用施加预应力在墙板内形成预压力,以抵抗温度应力和混凝土收缩,提高结构的抗裂性能;合理设置后浇带,以有效释放混凝土收缩应力,并通过加强养护等措施防止结构的开裂。工程通过结构应变的现场测试,验证了相关抗裂技术措施的合理性和有效性。对于平面大开洞引起地下室外墙支撑条件的变化,根据不同情况设置扶壁墙、混凝土内墙和扶壁梁,保证受力的合理性。对于地下室夹层楼板不连续,无法有效传递水平力的问题,在夹层和地下室底板之间设置混凝土墙,通过墙体将水平力传至底板。
The basement wall of the Expo Theme Pavilion is over-long.Holes area in plans is large and basement interlayer is discontinuous with many split-level layers.Prestress was used in walls to resist thermal stress and shrinkage of concrete and improve anti-cracking performance of the structure.Post-cast strips were reasonably set to release stress of concrete shrinkage effectively.Curing measures were strengthened to prevent the cracking.The field test results proved the rationality and validity of related anti-cracking technical measures.For change of basement wall supporting conditions caused by big holes in plans,buttress walls,interior walls and buttress beams were set to ensure the mechanical rationality of the structure.For discontinuous split-level interlayer being unable to effectively transfer level forces,concrete walls were set between the interlayer and the basement slabs to transfer the force to the basement slabs.
