摘要
华中电网发生了一起因自备小网非正常方式并网引发的功率波动事件。用时域仿真和频域仿真分析方法对该事件低频振荡模式和阻尼特性进行了分析,清晰剖析了事件产生的原因及振荡机理,提出了相应的控制措施,为避免这一类低频振荡事故的再次发生指明了方向。
A power fluctuation event was caused by regional network grid-connected in non-normal mode in the Central China Power System.This paper analyzes the oscillation mechanism using methods of time domain simulation and frequency domain simulation.According to the analysis,corresponding measures are proposed in order to avoid this type of low-frequency oscillations from happening again.
