摘要
输煤皮带机配有张紧装置用来保证皮带运行不打滑,张紧装置配重量的不足导致皮带运行中不能及时张紧;斗轮机的输煤皮带有悬空段,其摆动产生附加张力使张紧装置受力失衡,造成张紧装置发生撞击事故。
The coal conveyor belt machine is assembled with the tension device so as to make sure the belt not to slip during the operation.When the counterweight is not enough,which will lead the coal conveyor belt can＇ t strain timely during the operation,and there are some suspending sections of the coal conveyor belt of the bucket wheel machine which swings producing the additional tension to make the tension device undertake unbalanced force,leading to the tension device collision.
