摘要
高校基本建设档案管理,是高校进行整体规划和科学管理的重要组成部分。基于基建档案的内容特点和主要作用,将高校发展建设中基建档案的管理方法及措施进行一些探讨。要充分发挥基建档案作用,必须保证基建档案的数量和质量,使其具有完整性、准确性、系统性和安全性。应采取的方法及措施是:提高基建档案立卷部门的归档意识,建立优质基建档案;档案管理部门应加强档案文件材料的质量检查,强化基建档案的验收工作;提高档案人员的管理水平,改进基建档案的利用及保护方式。
A college or university construction files management is an important part of university overall planning and scientific management.This paper,based on the features and functions of construction files,discusses the importance and function of investment and construction files.In order to apply the files effectively,archives quantity and quality is the basic condition,including the completeness,accuracy,systematicness and safety.Some methods and measurements are proposed as to establish a high quality investment and construction files,to strengthen files material quality inspection,to improve files using methods and protecting ways.
