摘要
为选择理想的新型燃烧稳定剂,研究了WB、WC、ZrB2、ZrO2、SiC和BN对浇铸RDX-CMDB推进剂燃速和燃速压力指数的影响。结果表明,6种材料都能降低推进剂的燃速,但降低幅度各有差异;ZrB2、ZrO2和SiC对推进剂燃速的降低作用随其粒度的减小而增大;WB和WC在一定含量下可以降低推进剂18~20.5MPa下的燃速压力指数;只有BN使推进剂的燃烧平台效应消失。
Effects of WB,WC,ZrB2,ZrO2,SiC and BN on the burning rate and pressure exponent of cast RDX-CMDB propellant were investigated to select new combustion stabilizers.The results show that these six kinds of new componds could decrease the burning rate of RDX-CMDB propellant with different magnitudes,and the decreasing magnitudes become larger as the particle size of ZrB2,ZrO2 and SiC getting smaller.With proper content,WB and WC could decrease the pressure exponent of propellant at 18~20.5 MPa.Within all the materials,only BN makes the effect plateau of the control propellant disappear.
