摘要
经过对玻璃布的选择,粘合剂的配置,压制工艺的研究,试制成了大型汽轮发电机定子槽内固定材料-波纹板。应用结果表明:该波纹板具有较高的机械强度和良好的综合性能,完全达到甚至超过西门子公司的技术指标。
Research on a fixing material inside the stator slot of a novel largescale generator was carried out,which includes the selection of glass cloth,disposition of adhesive and study of pressing process.The pilot production results indicate that the corrugated plate has a higher mechanical strength and good comprehensive performance,which reaches or even goes beyond the technical standards in Siemens material specifications.
