2,2-双[4-(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯基]砜及其聚酰亚胺的合成与性能研究 被引量:4

Synthesis of 2,2-bis[4-(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy) phenyl]sulfone and Properties of the Polyimide Film Therefrom

摘要 2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯与4,4’-二羟基二苯砜经亲核取代反应得到2,2-双[4-(4-硝基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯基]砜(Ⅰ),然后在Pd/C和水合肼作用下发生还原反应得到2,2-双[4-(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯基]砜(Ⅱ)。该二胺单体Ⅱ分别与均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)、3,3’,4,4’-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)、3,3,’4,4’-二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)和3,3’,4,4’-二苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)进行低温缩聚反应得到聚酰胺酸,经热酰亚胺化制备出4种砜基取代含氟聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜。结果表明,这些PI薄膜均具有良好的光学透明性和溶解性,其中ODPA基PI薄膜的光学透明性最好,450 nm处的透光率达到85.4%。 2,2-bis[4-(4-nitro-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)phenyl]sulfone(I) was synthesized through nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzotrifluoride and 2,2-sulfonyl diphenol in the presence of potassium carbonate.Then,a diamine monomer,2,2-bis[4-(4-amino-2-trifluoromethyl-phenoxy)phenyl]sulfone(II) was obtained through catalytic reduction with hydrazine and Pd/C.Four kinds of fluorinated polyimide(PI) were synthesized from the diamine II and various dianhydrides,such as pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA),3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride(BPDA),3,3',4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride(ODPA) and 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylicdianhydride(BTDA),respectively,via thermal imidization of poly(amic acid).The experimental results showthat these PI films exhibit excellent optical transmittance in the visible region and solubility in polar organic solvent.The PI derived from ODPA showes best optical transparency with a transmittance higher than 85.4% at 450 nm.
