摘要 我们就《KDIGO临床实践指南:肾移植受者的诊治》中移植肾监测部分涉及的移植肾功能监测和移植肾活组织检查临床工作常规制定的出发点及其对肾移植受者预后的意义作一解读,供国内同行参考。 We highlighted the section of graft monitoring from Kidney Disease： Improving Global Outcomes （KDIGO） clinical practice guidelines for care of kidney transplant recipients published in 2009 and discussed in detail the reasons and effects of clinical graft monitoring in transplant recipients, and hopefully to provide China＇ s renal disease specialists a better understanding of the guideline.
