摘要
制造业是国民经济的基础。数控加工产业是体现国家综合国力的基础产业,其水平高低反映了一个国家制造业的现代化程度。本文对某一典型零件的数控加工工艺进行了详细分析和设计,说明合理安排编程参数对加工质量的重要性,体现了数控加工工艺是数控加工经验的总结。
The manufacturing is the foundation of the national economy.The NC manufacturing industry is the foundation industry which can show the comprehensive national strength in the country and reflect the modernization level of the national manufacturing industry.By analyzing and designing of a typical numerical milling part＇s machining process,the importance for machining quality of reasonable arrangements on the programming parameters is illustrated,and NC process is a summary of NC machining experience.
