摘要
河北省西大洋水库正常溢洪道闸室包括机架桥、交通桥、闸墩、高堰、低堰、引桥等,结构复杂,形状不规则,钢筋密集。根据桥体结构特点,闸墩高度、形状特点及钢筋混凝土的特性,确定了爆破方案,选定了爆破参数,对整个溢洪道闸室成功进行了一次爆破拆除,效果良好。施工时,为减小钢筋笼的夹制作用,保证闸室整体坍塌,对钢筋混凝土闸墩的一些部位实施了预处理,不仅获得了较好的拆除效果,而且还降低了单位炸药消耗量,降低了工程成本。
The Xidayang reservoir of Hebei Province normal spillway brake chamber including machine the bridging,the transportation bridge,the floodgate pillar,high weir,the low batardeau,the approach span and so on,the structure is complex,the shape is anomalous,the steel bar is crowded.According to the pontic unique feature,the floodgate pillar highly,the shape characteristic and the reinforced concrete characteristic,had determined the demolition plan,had designated the demolition parameter,carried on the primary blasting demolition to the entire spillway brake chamber success,the effect has been good.While under construction,to reduce the reinforcing cage to clamp the manufacture to use,to guarantee that the brake chamber total collapse,has implemented the pretreatment to reinforced concrete floodgate pillar's some spots,not only has obtained the good demolition effect,moreover can also reduce the unit blasting explosive consumption,reduces the project cost.
