摘要
目的:探讨痤疮患者日常皮肤护理存在的问题。方法:采用随机抽样问卷调查的方法对165名痤疮患者进行调查。结果:洁面用品:81.8%用洁面乳,11.5%不用清洁产品,6.7%用香皂;洁面用品使用次数:3次/d占37.0%,1次/d占22.6%,2次/d占20.5%,1次/2～3d占15.1%,≥4次/d占4.8%;化妆水:44.2%使用,55.8%不使用;润肤剂剂型:乳液56.4%,霜28.5%,凝露7.3%,露3.6%;润肤剂性质:保湿类60.1%,祛痘类27.2%,美白类12.7%;防晒品:20.0%每天均使用,58.8%偶尔使用,21.2%不使用;防晒品剂型:霜60.0%,乳液30.8%,露及啫哩各4.6%。结论:痤疮患者日常护理情况存在一定误区,部分化妆品选择不当。
Objective： To discuss the problems in daily skin care of acne patients.Methods： Self-made questionnaires were completed by random sampling of 165 acne patients.Results： 1.Facial Cleansers： 81.8% used cleaning facial cleanser,11.5% used nothing,6.7% used soap;Times of using facial cleanser： 37.0% used 3 times a day,22.6% used once a day,20.5% used twice a day,15.1% used once in 2 to 3 days and 4.8% used more than 4 times a day.2.Emollient water： 44.2% used,55.8% did not use;Emollient formulation： 56.4% used emulsion,28.5% used cream,7.3% used gel and 3.6% used lotion;Emollient properties： 60.1% used moisturizer,27.2% used acne treatment,12.7% used whitening products.3.Sunscreen： 20.0% used everyday,58.8% used occasionally,21.2% used scarcely;Sunscreen formulation： 60.0% used cream,30.8% used emulsion,gel and lotion occupied 4.6% equally.Conclusion： Acne patients had some mistakes in their daily skin care,and they chose some cosmetics inappropriately.
