摘要
目的:观察阿奇霉素和吉诺通治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选取儿童慢性鼻窦炎150例,随机分成两组。治疗组75例,对照组75例。治疗组用阿奇霉素和吉诺通联合治疗,对照组用阿奇霉素治疗。根据患儿症状恢复和鼻及鼻窦相关检查评定疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.6%和80.0%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合吉诺通治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To analyze the therapeutic effect of azithromycin combined with gelomyrtol forte in the treatment of pediatric chronic sinusitis.Methods：One hundred and fifty cases of pediatric chronic sinusitis were selected and were randomly divided into two groups according to drug therapy： 75 cases of azithromycin combined with gelomyrtol forte in treating group（A）and 75 cases of azithromycin in control group（B）.The effective evaluation was measured by symptom recovery and nasal sinus diagnosis.Results：The total effective rate in treating group and control group was 94.6% and 80.0% respectively,there was a statistical significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is evident clinical effect of azithromycin in combination with gelomyrtol forte in the treatment of pediatric chronic sinusitis,which is worthy to apply.
