摘要
目的:观察自凝刀射频热凝固治疗慢性重度宫颈炎的效果。方法:选取2008年1月至2008年5月间大理市第二人民医院自凝刀射频热凝固治疗的重度慢性宫颈炎175例,分析治疗方法、疗效评定标准及复查结果,阐述其机理、特点及注意事项。结果:经复查,疗效满意。结论:自凝刀射频热凝固治疗慢性重度宫颈炎疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the effect of severe chronic cervicitis treated with radio frequency heat coagulated therapy with self-curing knife.Methods： One hundred and seventy-five cases treated with radio frequency heat coagulated therapy with self-curing knife were selected from January to May in 2008 in Dali Second People＇s Hospital.Curative effect evaluation standard and the recheck results were investigated.The mechanism,characteristic and the attention of therapy were also mentioned.Results： After the recheck,the curative effects are satisfied.Conclusion： Radio frequency heat coagulated therapy with self-curing knife is a good therapy in severe chronic cervicitis treatment.
