摘要
目的:通过对云南五地区部分人群的血压进行测定及相关因素分析,了解不同人群高血压患病率及其危险因素,为相关部门制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用单纯随机抽样的方法,对云南昆明、红河、玉溪、楚雄、丽江5个地区部分人群进行问卷调查和体格检查,应用Logistic回归分析方法分析人群高血压的危险因素。结果:调查居民1 579人(男737人,女842人),高血压患者394人,高血压患病率为24.95%。其中男性高血压患病率26.05%,女性23.99%,男女性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高血压患病率随年龄增大而增高。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、睡眠质量、高盐饮食、体重指数为高血压的危险因素,OR值分别为1.832,1.245,1.496,1.994。结论:被调查地区居民高血压患病率较高,高血压发生的危险因素主要是年龄、睡眠质量、高盐饮食、体重指数。因此,高血压防治重点应以改变饮食习惯、提高睡眠质量、维持理想体重为主要内容,同时加强对人群血压的监测与健康教育也很重要。
Objective：Through determining blood pressure of some individuals in five regions and making an analysis of relevant factors,understand prevalence rate of hypertension and risk factors in different population in order to provide a scientific basis for working out specific intervention measures.Methods：By adopting the simple random sampling method,questionnaire and physical examination are carried on among some people in Kunming,Honghe,Yuxi,Chuxiong,and Lijiang.Logistic regression is applied to analyze the risk factors for hypertension.Results：Among the residents of 1579 people（male 737,female 842）,394 are hypertensive patients,so the hypertension prevalence rate is 24.95%;prevalence rate of hypertension in males 26.05%;23.99% for women.There is no significant gender difference between men and women（P0.05）.Prevalence rate of hypertension is increased with age.An analysis of non-conditional logistic regression shows that age,sleeping quality,high-salt diet,body mass index are risk factors of hypertension,and OR values are 1.832,1.245,1.496,1.994.Conclusion：The regional survey shows a high prevalence rate of hypertension.Hypertension risk factors are age,sleeping quality,high-salt diet,body mass index.Therefore,prevention of hypertension should focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.Meanwhile,it is also important to enhance blood pressure monitoring and do health education.
