摘要
为了提高加速度计的测试精度,针对加速度计在重力场的试验,分析了加速度计误差模型中误差系数对辨识拟合残差的影响。通过石英挠性加速度计的三十六位置翻滚试验,利用最小二乘参数估计后,根据残差曲线的规律性形状确定了加速度计误差模型中存在零偏不对称项和标度因数不对称项,从而进一步完善误差模型。试验结果表明,被测加速度计的零偏不对称项和标度因数不对称项对辨识结果影响很大,加入到误差模型中拟合残差标准差从原来的1.1×10-5g提高到7×10-6g左右,精度明显得到改善。
To increase the measuring precision of accelerometer,the impact of accelerometer error coefficient on the discrimination of fitting residual is analyzed based on the accelerometer's gravitational field experiment,and it is pointed out that the error coefficient could be determined by the shape of fitting residual.By the quartz flexible accelerometer 36-position tumbling experiment,it is found that there are bias asymmetry and factor asymmetry in accelerometer error model after making the least squares parameter identification,and they can be used to perfect the error model.The experimental results show that,after adding error coefficient in the model,the residual is reduced from 1.1×10-5 g to 7×10-6 g and the identification accuracy is significantly improved.
