摘要
二滩水电站装有6 台单机容量为55 万kW 的混流式水轮发电机组。从1996 年1 月第1 台机组座环开始安装到1998 年11 月实现2 台机组并网发电; 1999 年3 、5、9 月又有3 台机投产发电, 最后1 台预计1999 年底投产发电。6 台机共提前发电约650 d, 开创了全国水电机组安装史上年安装4 台巨型机组的新记录。他们所采取的措施是:(1) 主机埋件安装紧跟土建进度; (2) 实施阶梯式流水作业; (3) 定子组装全部在机坑内进行; (4)安装间设2 个转子组装工位; (5) 加强施工协调和工序间衔接;(6) 设备供货要有超前意识。这些经验可供同行学习和借鉴。
The Ertan Hydropower Station will have six mixed flow hydrogenerating units with an installed capacity of 550 MW each. The first generating unit was started to install its supporting ring in the January of 1996. In the November of 1998, two generating units were put into generation. In the March, May and September of 1999, three generating units were also put into generation. And it is expected that the last generating unit will be put into generation by the end of 1999. Six generating units operate about 650d ahead of time, which creates a new record of hydrogenerating unit installation in China. The adopted measures are as follows. (1) The installation of embedded parts of main machines is simultaneously with the progress of civil construction. (2) The step by step assembly line production was implemented. (3) The assembly of stator was wholly conducted in the machine pit. (4) Two rotor assembly rooms were set up in the erection bay. (5) The construction coordination and the link up between working procedures were strengthened. (6) The equipment supply was completed ahead of time. All these experience could be learned and used for reference.
