摘要
青铜峡水电站大坝在首轮安全定期检查中鉴定为“病坝”, 针对大坝缺陷, 在首轮安全定期检查后开展了大量试验研究工作, 采取了有效的工程措施进行缺陷处理, 并于1997 年第二轮青铜峡水电站大坝安全定期检查中, 对金属结构、大坝裂缝、电站坝段平压水箱、水下设施及大坝观测资料等进行了分析、检查和工程处理,还有针对性地开展了专题研究, 确保了青铜峡水电站大坝的正常运用。
The bam of Qingtongxia Hydropower Station was determined to be a sick dam in the first stage regular check on dam safety . Thesafety treatment of the dam has been developed according to the problems and suggestions raised in the regular check . The main treatmentscope and results are as follows . The stability of Hexi irrigation diversion wall has been re checked . The re check results proved thatthe stabil ity against sliding and overturning and the stresses of this diversion wall meet the requirements of the existing specifications . The consolidationgrouting has been conducted in the fault of dam so that the integral bearing capacity ofthe dam foundation at present has met the safe require ments of dam . The chemical grouting has been conducted in the dam cracks and has gained good effectiveness . The monitoring facilities fordam deformation have been renewed and im proved . The clearance of obstacles in the reservoir area has been conducted and has reduced thebight of the reservoir backwater of 0 . 5 m and im proved the operation conditions of the reservoir . The action of equalizing water tank and thealternatives have been analyzed and studied . The monitoring work of the em bankment in the right bank has been strengthened and the safe re check has been conducted . The work plan ofthe second stage regular check on dam safety has been formulated on the basis of above mentionedtreatment measures .
