摘要
以流域水电开发为研究对象,借鉴有关流域水电开发环境影响评价研究,采用归纳与演绎相结合的方法,完善了流域水电规划生态环境影响评价指标体系.实现了对流域水电开发规划环境影响生态方面的定量评价,为流域水电开发项目的合理规划提供决策依据.并以洮河（卓尼~临潭段）梯级水能开发项目为例,对指标体系的可行性进行了分析.
Based on the development of cascade hydropower,and drew on the experience of other environmental impact assessment studies,perfected the index system of eco-environmental impact assessment of cascade hydropower development.And took the Taohe river（Zhuoni reach to Lintan） for example,analysed the feasibility of the index system.
