摘要 基于对行人保护的最新设计理念,设计了一种新型的活塞结构的主动式发动机罩抬升装置.该装置能够在200 ms内将发动机罩抬升110 mm,有效地降低了车辆撞击行人时对行人产生的头部致命伤害.该装置不会产生新的硬点,可靠性高且制造成本低,保护效果在实车试验中获得验证. Based on the latest design concepts for pedestrian protection,using the gas generator and piston sleeve structure,a new active hood-lifting device is designed.It can lift the engine hood 110 mm within 200 ms,improve the pedestrian protection effectively.No hard point will appear,with high reliability and low manufacturing cost,the device is useful in the real vehicle test.
