摘要
目的自制简易CPAP对56例低氧血症和(或)高碳酸血症患儿的救治。方法 2009年以来我科收治的56例低氧血症和(或)高碳酸血症患儿,经自制简易CPAP给氧前后的临床表现的观察及血气指标变化的监测。结果使用自制CPAP后52例患儿呼吸困难,缺氧症状明显改善。血气分析示PaO2明显提高,PaCO2明显降低,各项指标监测显示在治疗前后差异有统计学意义,有效率为92.9%。结论 CPAP可以改善氧合血症,简便可行,对低氧血症和(或)高碳酸血症患儿的治疗有显著疗效。
Objective The cure of 56 cases for newborns in hyoxemia and（or） hypercapnia with homemade-simple CPAP.Methods 56 cases for newborns in hyoxemia and（or） hypercapnia accepted by our section office 2008 who were observed in clinical manifestation and monitored the change of blood gas after oxygen inhalation with homemade-simple CPAP.Results After 56 newborns were used the homemade-simple CPAP,the symptom of 52 newborns among 56 cases in decompensation and oxygen-poor has been much improved.The blood gas analysis PaO2 has been much increased,and PaO2 much decreased.Each monitor index was shown there was a clear difference between before and after used the homemade-simple CPAP and the effective rate was 92.9%.Conclusion It is feasible that the homemade-simple CPAP can improve the symptom of oxygenation easily.The homemade-simple CPAP has an effective treatment for newborns in hyoxemia and（or） hypercapnia.
