摘要
目的总结2008年我院收治的230例手足口患儿的临床特征及诊治情况,为各地诊断治疗手足口病提供经验。方法回顾性分析我院2008年全年收治的230例手足口患儿,总结发病情况和临床特点。结果手足口病好发于夏季,<6岁小儿为好发人群,占本观察组总例数的98.3%,患儿来源以城区及流动人口为主,临床表现以发热、皮疹为主要症状,大部分患儿可有心肌酶升高,仅1例并发心肌炎,预后一般良好。结论手足口病按临床诊断标准容易诊断,病情较轻,经抗病毒及对症处理,多数预后良好,不遗留后遗症,但需要注意严重的并发症。
Objective Summarized in 2008 in our hospital 230 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease clinical features and diagnosis and treatment,diagnosis and treatment throughout the world to provide experience of HFMD. Methods Review of the year 2008 in our hospital 230 cases were treated cases of HFMD,the incidence and clinical features summarized.Results Hand,foot and mouth disease occur in the summer,children under 6 years old is better risk group,accounting for the observation group 98.3%of the total number of cases,case and mobile sources of urban population in the main clinical manifestations of fever,rash as the main symptom,most patients have elevated enzymes,only 1 case of myocarditis,the prognosis is usually good.Conclusion Hand,Foot and mouth disease easy to diagnose by clinical diagnosis,less severe,anti-virus treatment and after treatment,the majority of good prognosis,is not left after-effects, but should pay attention to serious complications.
