几种牙源性病损组织学分类及命名的变迁 被引量：2

A historical review on the terminology and histological classification of several odontogenic lesions

摘要 从1971年至今,世界卫生组织已就牙源性肿瘤及相关病变的分类进行了3次编撰和修订,这一过程反映了几十年来人们通过大量的研究对这一类病变认识的不断深入。本文选取几种常见的牙源性病变,包括成釉细胞瘤、牙源性腺样瘤、牙源性角化囊性瘤及牙源性钙化囊性瘤等,回顾其组织学分类及命名的变迁,以期从另一个角度深化对这些病变的认识。 Since the year of 1971,three editions of World Health Organization （WHO） classification of odontogenic tumors and related jaw lesions have been published. The changes in the subsequent versions should be regarded as advances in our understanding of these diseases that have occurred in the past years. The aim of the present paper is to give a historical review on the terminology and histological classification of several odontogenic lesions,including ameloblastoma,adenomatoid odontogenic tumor,keratocystic odontogenic tumor and cystic calcifying odontogenic tumor,which may provide a peculiar perspective for us to view these diseases.
