摘要
根据月降雨和月径流的特点，建立了疏系数混合回归模型，并对此类非平稳时间序列的建模及预报方法进行了研究．
Monthly runoff and rain series are a sort of non-stationary time sequence with periodicity.In this paper, according to their characteristics, a combination regression model with scatteredcoefficient is established. And modeling and forecasting methods are thoroughly researched.
