摘要
通过不同方法的计算,考虑黄河下游河道整治情况及小浪底水库运用后下游水沙变化发展趋势,提出黄河下游游荡性河段中水河槽整治还有待完善,近期宜采用新情况下的中水排洪排沙4000 m3/s整治设计流量,以适应黄河防洪、水资源开发利用和国民经济发展需要。
By considering the results of computation of different kinds of methods and the current harnessing situation in the lower reach of Yellow River and taking into the fact of the water sand development and its variation after the commencement of operation of Xiaolangdi reservior,it is proposed that the river slot harnessing in the wandering fluvial lower reach of Yellow River should be carried out for perfection purpose.And recently, a medium sized design discharge 4?000?m 3/s, should be adopted to meet the need of flooding control in Yellow River, water resource development and utilization, and the development of national economy.
