摘要
〔目的〕研究山东口岸卫生检疫核心能力建设的现况。〔方法〕设计山东口岸卫生检疫核心能力评估调查表,并对山东10个口岸的卫生检疫核心能力建设进行了调查评估。〔结果〕在科学评估山东口岸核心能力建设水平基础上,找出目前面临的薄弱环节,在人员、设备、设施等方面进行改进和加强,提出核心能力建设新模式。〔结论〕结合山东口岸实际,通过资源整合,建立协作机制,避免重复建设,提高口岸核心能力。
Objective To study the status of core capacity for health and quarantine at Shandong frontier Port.Method The assessment questionnaire of core capacity for health and quarantine was designed.Meanwhile,a survey on the core capacity-building of 10 ports was conducted.Result In the scientific assessment of the level of capacity building of shandong Ports,the existing problem and weak link were identified.In personnel,equipment facilities,etc.need to be improved and strengthened.Conclusion Through integration of resources and the establishment of coordination mechanism,it is necessary to avoid duplication for improving the core capacity.
